The challenge
Women 2.0 founder Kate Brodock saw male colleagues turn defensive during #MeToo, and wanted a call to action rather than a callout.
The insight
Allies are made in conversation, not in comment sections.
The solution
Grey Horse produced "Listen Up: How Men & Women Can Work Together for All", an invitation-only half-day conference in Manhattan, gathering leaders in tech and media — including Wade Davis, Charlie O'Donnell, and Laura Bassett — to discuss gender dynamics at work. Demand outstripped capacity, leaving a long waitlist and plans for a series.
